I remembered

MOM!!!!!!
Yes I got the package and thank you so MUCH!!!!!! The hair stuff worked perfect and the CD has already been playing non stop ha ha. Its great to work out to in the mornings. ha ha. and the Letters were sent from heaven. I love you so much mom. Thank you. And tell Samantha I loved her letter!!!!!!!! How is she by the way? Lida is the cutest thing in the world to do that for her!!!!!!!! If you could please send me her address I would LOVE to write Lida:) Thanks. Just if you can get it I would appreciate it:) The korean money is just great!!!!!!! Either Korean money or into my account:) So thanks:) Oh your amamzing. and yes!!!!!!! I am so excited to hear from Dee too!!!!!!!!!

Also thanks for the prayers. Today was transfer calls and we will actually have a 3 some conpanionship:) so it will be really good. It will be me, Sister Song and Sister Soe (both koreans) and I couldn't be happier. Sister Soe is a convert and she was in the MTC when I got there:) She is amazing and I am so lucky to be serving with her and Sister Song. We will pick up Sister Soe on Thursday!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I love companionships:)

By the way that experience with dad was great. I love him so much. And its acutally awesome that he is the ward mission leader because now I can totally relate to how others feel about him. I dont know if we have elders and sisters in our ward, but here in korea our ward mission leader TRULY TAKES CARE OF US AND OUR INVESTIGATORS. He is deep into the work. He loves missionary opportunities and he is always refering someone to us. ALWAYS full of good advice and he really helps us with our missionary work. A lot of what we do would not be possible with out him. The same goes for dad. Its a good thing dad is already amazing at the work and the ward is lucky to have him as the ward mission leader:).

Mom, how is your calling going? I don't even remember if you have the same calling (Stake YW presidency) Also how is the new youth program going? Are the youth keeping their commitements? As missionaries we beg people to keep their commitements. The other night I was talking to our district leader about how I want to be better and asked him if he could once a week, give me and sister Song a commitement. Well he did it and instead of ever week, he gave us a commintement for the coming up general conference which I am already counting down the days for. Practically christmas!!!!!!! Oh I love General conference. This past general conference issue was really special to me. Lets just say I WRIPPED IT APART!!!! I read it every day and I just finished it about 1 week ago. Reading and re-reading the amazing words of our Lord, through his servents has truly blessed my life. I will hold that "Ensign" as a presious book for the rest of my life. It was amazing that every time I read it, something I needed for my self or my investigators (usually both) would be in the talks of the servents of the Lord. It is amazing. Now I am just super excited for more of their words to come to us!!!!!!!!!!

So nothing too exciting this week....................... JUST KIDDING. Sister Ume had her baptism yesterday!!!!!!! Oh my goodness it was the geatest experience of my life. I ahve never had so much joy or so much love in my heart. Seeing someone you love, take the steps that will lead them to the greatest love and happiness, is the most amazign thing to be a part of. Sister Ume was so excited to get baptized adn her momand sister (yes they are also our investigators) came to the baptism. It was so special. to bring the spirit, the cute primary came and sang the song "A child's Prayer"... Something about children and singing always makes me cry..... and feel the spirt..... Agh, Well then came the baptism. Me and sister Song, wanlked with her to the changing room. Right before she entered the water we held her hand, gave her hugs and she burried her hands in her face with a huge smile on her face And then we watched as she walked down the steps into the water of baptism. It only took one time because we practiced a lot. ha ha. But as she came out she was bursting with joy. She was even jumping up and down!!!!!! Of course I had the joy that someone I love had just taken the first steps in faith/ following Jesus Christ! I thought of the talk by Elder Holland when he said " The call is to come back, to stay true, to love God and to lend a hand. I include in that call to fixed faithfulness, every returned missionary who ever stood in a baptisimal font and with arm to the square said ' Having been commissioned of Jesus Christ'. that commission was to have changed your convert forever, but it was surely suppose to have changed you forever as well". Well as she was getting baptized I thought of those words. I thought to my self " how is this changing me?" Well it changed me in a lot of ways; I received another witness that really and truly what we go around teaching and begging others to accept IS REALLY TRUE. It is not just some good message that will bless your life, it is the way to salvation. This really is the way, plain and simple. The other amazing thing about the baptism that changed me is seeing that our testimonies have to be strong enough to stand alone. Sister Ume's mom and sister both have been taught the good work yet they are not getting baptized. WHY????? I believe that Ume's testimony is strong enough to stand on it's own. She has her own family who doubts, but she knows what she has felt. Now I just hope and pray that she contninually remembers what we have taught her, but most importantly what she has felt. Alma 5:26 says "... if ye have experienced a change of heart and if ye have felt to sing the song of redemming love, I would ask, can ye feel so now?" Well the other way it changed me was how it reminded me of how I have been changed. How my covenant making and keeping has changed me. I have never been happier than when I REMEMBERED. It is when I forget that I feel lost. IT truly was a very special day.

And then to add to the happiness, Sister Lee (our investigator who struggled with polygamy of early saints) said she will be baptized! Other investigators commited to come to chruch and more people have fallen in love with our message. So many amazing experiences it would take 3 more hours to tell. But lets just say it was a HUGE miracle week.

Thank you so much for the love and prayers. I love you all so much.!!!!!!!

Mom, thank you for the love, support and prayers. Your loving, helpful prayers. Tell dad and the family I love them. you are all in my prayers. Dee is going to do amazing!!!!!! I am so excited for her!!!!!!!

I love you to the moon and back!!!!!!!

What I do know....

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness!!!!! I don't think I could be any happier!!!!!!! ha ha. Oh my goodness my companion and area are AMAZING!!!!! But before I talk about how happy I am I first want to explain what an emotional wreck I was last week as I said goodbye to my favoirte couple in Gwanju!!!!!! So they heard I was being trasfered so they took me and sister Hurt out to eat at this REALLY expensive place and they invited two potenitial investigators!!!!!! the food was great and we took a picture which I will send and then Sister Jung came up to me (she is super good at english and lived in america so she talked to me in English) and said " I want you to know how much you have touched our hearts and we will remember you forever." Then her eyes filled with tears and so of course so did mine and then she said "It will be hard.... but we love you". AGH I cried like a baby as she hugged me!!!!!! and she made me promise I would come back to see her again. Mom, I can't even begin to explain how amamzing she has been. She has been you here in Korea!!!!! She literally is the Korean version of you and saying good bye to her was like saying goodbye to you again! SOOOO HARD! So ya. I really was sad to say goodbye to my members and investgators but I know God needs me here.
BUT now that the sadness is explained let me tell you how happy I am!!!! Umm, okay, I thought Gwanju was good.... well Junju is AMAZING!!!! Oh my goodness, I love the members here and the investigators are amazing and we are SUPER SUPER busy. I don't think I have been more busy in my entire life. So let me explain how much I love my new companion!!!!!!! Her name is Sister Song (in korean her name means Grace). WEll..... she is the korean version of Jen Brown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness I don't think I have stopped smiling. ha ha ha ha. She knows not very much english and the only thing she really says is "it's okay", "Sister are you okay" " I am so happy". ha ha ha ha ha ha. Oh my goodness and she goes 100mph yet is really slow and foregts everything, including her mind somethimes, but oh my goodness we have so much fun together. OH MY GOODNESS I LOVE HER!!!!! She has been so amazign. She is just serving me like I am a queen and she just loves me!!!!!! I love sister song!!!!!!
My first night here we went to the ward mission leaders house so I could introduce myself and while we were there we played the guitar and ate oranges. Talk about happiness!!!!!! surprisingly the members are mistaken that my Korean is really good. They say my accent is really good and so they think because I have a good acent that I know all the korean vocab.... well I may sound like I know korean but I don't.... ha haha. It is great fun.... ha ha . I just nod my head and say thank you ha ha. It is funny. but yes, the korean language is coming. It really helps having a korean companion. She speaks english while I speak Korean. We are able to communicate but sometimes we misunderstand eachother and it is really funny.!!!!! Luckily we do understand eachother when it comes to our investigators and lessons. Which leads me to an interesting story...
So 2 days ago we had a lesson with an investigator who studied english at BYU and met the missionaries there and now is meeting with us. She really is amazing but..... she is caught up on how we use to do polygamy.... so the enitre lesson was in english and was her asking questions and me answering in english those questions about polygamy..... ya..... lets just say it was the hardest lesson of my life!!!!!!!! But it was also the easiest because I had the simple answers. I told her it comes down to her praying about all her questions and praying to know if Joseph Smith was a prophet or not. She came to church the next day and then said she would like to come to church every week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoot!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ya buddy! so ya,..... I hope she prays becuase I know if she prays, she will receive an answer. We will ask her to be baptized next week!!!!!!!! Love her!!!!! But that night after the lesson I just layed in bed thinking about the lesson. I also got confused about the doctrine of polygamy and was actually doubting a little of what I thought I knew. Well I knew what I needed to do to get the doubt of my mind. I of course went back to what I knew my testimony was. Which is very simple, but I know it. I know that God lives and loves His children. I know Christ suffered the Atonment and that the atonment power is the greatest power we can use through repentance. I know Christ died for us becaue he loves us and he made a way for us to return. I know that way is Faith, Repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the holy ghost, and enduring to the end. I know that the reason I know the way is because God restored the church through his chosen prophet, Joseph Smith. I know he was a prophet. I know that God loves both his chilren in Jerusalem and he loved his children in America and so he talked to all of his children and that is why we have both the bible and Book of Mormon. I know the Book of mormon is the word of God. I know That I can live with my fmaily forever because of the promises we have made in the temple!!!! That is what I know and that is all that matters and it is what makes me happy!!!!!!!
Also this week there was a member who fell in love with me and so he took us (me and my comp and the elders) out to dinner. ha ha. Well he is an old man and loves old korean dishes and so we ate super korean food which was pig blood intestine soup. oddly enough, it was really good. haha. I am serious. I really do love korean food!!!!!!!
So yes, my week has been REALLY good. Many ups and downs but mainly ups!!!!!!!!!!!! Siter Kim is still planning on getting baptized and Sister Hurt said she will keep me updated:) so yes. I love serving in Korea!!!!!!!! I love my new comp! My favoirte part about her is that she likes to be clean and smell good!!!!!! Oh I love it!!!!!!!! She also makes good korean food for me and we just have a lot of fun!!!!! I Love her!!!!!
Well I love you all so much. I am so happy to get your emails and I fell your prayers every day!!!! I love you all to the moon and back. Mom, thank you for the e-mail!!!!! Give everyone a big hug and kiss for me. And Dad, go smoke something in that new smoker of yours!!!!!!! ha ha!!!!!!! Love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love Sister Nicolle Ensign

TRANSFER!!!

Guess what!!!!! I just got transfer calls and I am going to be transfered to Jeonju ( a super good area!!!!!!) on Thursday!!!!! My new companion is Korean and doesn't really know any english.... ha ha I heard she is awesome though ! I am super excited!!!!!!! Sad to leave my investigators but I have done my part here and know the lord needs me somewhre else. :)
Thanks for the e-mail mom and Shmee. Thank you so much. I bet you did awesome shmee!!!!!!!!!!!! AHG I can't believe you will be a missionary in a few days!!!!!!! I am so proud of you!!!!! And your farewell talk topic was AMAZING and just so perfect for you! Thank you for being an awesome example to all of us Dee. I am glad you got my letters:) and thank you mom for everything, I love you so much!!!!!!
Also I have a request of you Diondra.... so when you go to the mtc, walk into the cafeteria and on your left will be some vertical tables.... well those first few tables are where the koreans sit. PLEASE FIND SISTER Jung- hyea- ream. She will be korean and is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! Her name is spelled 정혀 림. Please find her!!!!. She will be a missionary in Korea and will be in the mtc at the same time as you!!! Diondra, she is AMAZING!!!!!! I love her so much!!!!!! She helped out our mission by becoming a missionary early and going on splits with me and helping me teach in an area. she has an amaznign spirit and I love her. Please find her and tell her I love her!!!!!!!!!!
So this week has been another GREAT one!!!!! We saw so many miracles!!!!!! our greatest miracle was on Wed and Thursday!!!!! So Wed and Thu was a day where me and my companion went on splits with another companionship. I was set up with a sweetheart, Sister Jung. Oh my goodness I love her. The miracle about her and me together was that we taught a lesson and the spirit was amazing! Oh my goodness. The spirit was so strong as we both bore our testimonies of Jesus Christ to one of our investigators. I will never forget that moment. I am so thankful for the way the spirit teaches us and our investigators. God is turly in charge of this work and is making it so others FEEL of the word more than hearing of the word! It is amazing!
The other miracle with her was a girl we talked to while street contacting! She was walking across the street and I turned round and started talking to her. She said she was super interested in English and that she would like to meet with us!!!!!!! Whoot!!!!!!! So we got her number and we will meetth her!!... THEN..... Thu night was what we call dessert party:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we invited every investigator, less active, active, etc young adult we could find.... umm talk about SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazign!!!!!!! And our prayers were answered because there were 2 investigatiors who are amazing and we wanted them to fall in love with their ward but there was no one their age in the ward.... well they would be in the same ward and they became BEST FRIENDS!!!!!! They were like all over eachother, cracking jokes and loving life. It was Sister Kim and Sister Mee. Oh my goodness I love them!!!!!! So because they are best friends now, they both are so much more willing to come to church. Sadly because I am transfering i willnot be able to attend their baptismis but Sister Hurt said she would send me pictures!!!!! I am super happy for them!!!!!!!!! So ya. ha ha. It was such a miracle to ahve so many people come to desert party. We even had random members come with referals of people we could teach!!!!! Amazign night!!!!!
My other favorite part of this week was with our investigator Camille. Oh my goodness I love her. By the way... if any movies pop up on FB... it is from Camille and she is so funny. She recorded like 10 werid videos of me and Sister Hurt singing. ha ha. So funny. I love her. Anyways. With Camille we watched the Restoration Dvd about Joseph Smith. The spirit was amazing, like always, but after the vidoe ended she said with a sincere heart " I use to think Joseph was just a man, but now I want to understand more aobut him and his story and this book (BOM)." It was just a beautiful moment on my mission. To see someone truly desire to want to know about our message!!!!!!!! Sadly Sister Kim is struggling with smoking and coffee.... but she is still planning on getting baptized on March 17th!!!!! She can do it!!!!!!! Butit is sad to see how the devil has started effecting her and making her relaxed in coming to church, reading the Book of Mormon, and praying..... we are praying for her!!!!!!But miracles are happening and now she is friends with our other investigator!!!!! So life is good.
I am sad to leave this area but I know the Sister missionary taking my place and she is AMAZING and she will be good for our investigators! I am so happy for her to come to this area! I will really miss my investigators and members and other missionaries, but that is waht a mission is all aobut... heart breatk. ha ha. in a good way... it helps you humble yourself and realize you don't know what is best and that you MUST rely on the lord! THis is his work and he knows best. I think of how I should apply that to non-mission life. How we get things un-expected in our road called life and how we just need to accept that the lord knows best and that this is his work and his glory to brigng to pass the happiness of his children and so we must trust him. Much easier said than done I know... but prayer helps.!!!!!
So before I end, I just wanted to tell you some cool news about Korea!!!!!!! So first off; President and Sister Furness will be released as my mission presidents in July and guess who our next mission pres is.... it is Presiend Shin!!!!!! He was my President in the MTC over the Korean districts!!!!!! He and his wife are from Korea and are AMAZING!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness I am so excited to have Korean mission presidents. I love them. Right now President and Sister SHin have been living in America for 20 years and so they are very good at english and good with amercans so they will still feel like my mission parents:) ha ha. I love them and I am excited. The other big news is that because there are so many more missionaries coming out that they opened another mission in Korea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is called "Seoul South". The interesting thing is that they will be taking missionaries from our mission and the other Korea mission and making them go to the new Seoul South mission. Which means If I am ever trasfered to the upper part of our mission, then I wll become a missionary in the Seoul South mission.... but that will not happen until July so we will see what will happen.. Just crazy to think about!!!!!!
So there was my amazing week. Miracles every day and loving the work!!! So one thing I have learned about being a missionary and being a child of God is about life. And living in the moment. It is easy to be excited or scared of the future but we have been asked by the lord to live in the now. Live in the moment. you will be happiest if you can live and enjoy the moment. So many missionaries think about home and what it will be like at the end of their mission. Sadly the mission time flys fast and when they come to the end they wonder where the time has gone. Well, live in themoment because it all ends too soon. You will miss the moment you are at right now one day! In the Oct 2012 Gen con talk it says " You pile up enough tomorrows, and you'll find you have collected a lot of empty yesterdays".

I am loving my mission. I love every day. Yes every day has its challanges but I can love each day because my time as a missionary is short and I am happy to be here so I love what I have now!!!!!!!/.
Speaking of loving something now... I love you all so much. I know I love you because I am reminded every day by the Lord of just how privlidged I am to have 2 parents supporting me on my mission, my 3 bestfriends making righetous decisions, and all of us loving and living with the Lord in his Church!!!!!! I love you all so mcuh.
Thank you for your prayers, loveand support!!!!!
Love,

Armpit Tea

Hello my beautiful Family!!
So That is SO SO SO cool about Taylor Hunts little brother!!!!! I will totally look for him and funny it is taylor Hunts borther because one of my mission friends, here in Korea, has a girlfriend who is really goodfriends with Paige hunt and we were just talking abut them yesterday:) so funny. Such a small world. Oh I am so excited for him. Tell him he will love it and to prepare for the best 2 years out of the country! Agh, so exciting.

Sounds like Samantha had a good birthday and I am so glad her gift arrived on time!!!! So great. And I am so glad she is excited and thrilled about the temple. It is so cool because here on missions the thing we love to teach about is the temple and how we can have eternal families and how we can care for our loved ones who have passed away. I always love showing people we meet a picture of the Salt Lake Temple. Just this last week I showed two new girls we met and they both want me to take them to the temple. They thought it was so beautiful. It was amazing. Temples are just so great.

Ha ha I am so glad dad is enjoying coaching basketball!!!! I bet he loves it and is super good at it!!!!!! By the way speaking of dad. I just got Shmees batch of letters with the pictures of you guys at grand america. First off, HOW FUN!!!!! Thank you so much for sending me pictutres! It is always so great to see you all in action!

So this week. Agh, what a miracle week:) So great. So this week we got a call from Sister Hoe who found 2 girls in our area that want to meet and "be taught english and hear the good bible words". ha ha. So we met up with them at this way cute little coffie shop, we all ordered hot coco and talked english and bible words. they asked us to give them English names and so we named them Sunny and Camille. THEY ARE THE CUTEST THINGS IN THE WORLD. They are shmees age and prett\y sure if they came to america, they would be best frieds with us. Oh my goodness I love them! After we met with them they said they wanted to come to church and then randomly throughout the day we would get texts or pone calls from them having them tell us how much they love us! Oh I love Koreans. They also really love our message. I am hoping we will give them the baptisimal invintation this week.
Speaking of baptism... KIM HAS CHOSEN AGAIN TO GET BAPTIZED ON MARCH 17!!!!!!! She thinks by then she will be able to be off coffee and to receive baptism commitments!!!!!! Oh we were so excited for her and you can tell she really desires it!

Sadly we were not able to meet the other investigatiors this week because it was the korean holliday, Solar. It is where everyone gets together and celebrates everyones birthday and the new year. So ya. It is a really cute holliday but NO ONE can meet. So instead of meeting, President Furness had us deep clean our appartments. Which was also good because it needed to be done!

This week was good becuase we were able to prepare and study and pray hard for our investigatiors. We were able to really think about the needs of our investigators and just really prepare for them.

Another miracle happened this week:)And a funny story to go along. So this week we went door knocking and.... we were let into 2 doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a miracle. My comp said she has only been let into a door a handful of times on her mission and in one day we were let into 2!!!!!!!!!!!! So great. The first apt we went into, it was this kind Grandma who sat us down and demanded to feed us. She brought us a drink called Moo. So we looked it up on the phone to see if it was a tea we could drink and the definition came up as 1; Armpit... 2; radish tea. so we were hoping it was the second which was okay for us to drink. So without thinking twice we take big gulps...... Instantally we both start gagging. HARD.... gagging like puke was about to come up. Luckily the grandma was in the different room because we were both crying and gagging and laughing because it was probably radish tea but it tasted like armpit tea.... My companion grabed un unpealed orange and took a bite to get rid of the taste and I was continually gagging. ha ha ha ha ha ha . we contiuned to drink the drind in big gulps so that she wouldnt be offended that we didnt drink it all... ha ha. So that was interesting. Luckily she was so nice and gave us other food and we shared a message. She didn't want to give us her number or meet agan, but we were happy she let us in. The second door was not near as funny but we shared a message and spent time with the family. They also didn't want to meet again, but we were happy they let us in:) What a great blessing!

So mom I also got your letters this week with the valentines card. Thank you so much. I am using that money today to treat myself to a good meal:) Thank you so much. I love you mom and dad!!!!!

Being a missionary truly is a blessing. I am so thankful to be able to be here sharing this wonderful gospel. Lately my testimony and understanding has grown in the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation. What a merciful and wonderful plan that our Heavenly Father Has given us. I am so thankful that he gave us a way to not only help our lives here be happy, but for us to be happy in the eternities. God truly loves us and is so merciful. So because I have wanted to make the Plan of Salvation easier for my investigators to understand, I drew a little sketch of the Plan of Salvation. I sent a copy of it in the letters. But when you see it I want you to look at the spirit world. I thought hard aobut how to draw it. I wanted my investigatiors to know that there is missionary work in the spirit world and that their loved ones could have a chance to accept the gospel. I also was thinking of Chelsea up in Heaven and the work she is doing in heaven. She is working hard to teach the souls in heaven. Both of our work is so important and we are helping Gods Children understand the questions to their souls and how to be happy, and most important, that they have a loving heavenly Father. I love this gospel.

I am so thankful to know that we have a loving heavenly father who gave us this amazing plan of happiness so that we could enjoy life and return to him and be at peace forever. I love this gospel.

Also I read this quote by president Eyring. "I dont depend on what has happend in the past.. i recieve the promise of Moroni often. I don't take that belssing of a testimony for granted as a perpetual entitlement". We can recieve moroni's promise that the book of mormon is true again and again and again. I know we can all do that. I loved Samathas letter where she prayed about if the church was true, AGAIN, and she got an answer AGAIN. YEA!! God will constantally let the spirit REMIND us of what we know and what is true. I know I receive that witness every time I share the book of mormon with others. I know it is ture. I know this gospel is true and I love being a missionary who can share truth and love with others.

Well I love you all so much. Thank you for your support and prayers. I love you to the moon and back.

Missionary Work : Both Heart Breaking and Wonderful

So yes I got your letters and the day after p-day your AMAZING PACKAGE CAME!!!! I about died of happiness and laughter as I saw how perfectly packed it was. Agh, I love my family,. Mom I can't thank you enough for sending me thosethings. I ahve been in missionary heaven with all of those treats, smelling good stuff, treats, smelling goodstuff, . etc. and the temple pictures are the best. I just cried as I went through those and the christ pictures. I just love the temple. Thank you thank you thank you for the package. You really are the greatest:) Thank you.
Well now about my misisonary work . This week has been both heartbreaking and the best week ever. So this on Wed we fasted for Kim's lesson. We were going to teach her the word of wisdom and we really wanted her to accept it.... well the lesson went great but she droped her baptisimal date becauseshe doesnot know how long it will take to quit coffie. She was almost in tears when we told her she couldn't drink coffie. so it was really sad to see her take a sep back. BUT this yesterday she still came to church and we gave her the triple set of the BOM, D&C and POGP. and she LOVED IT. she even kissed it she was so excited. I know she loves this gospel. She has prayed aobuthe bom and knows its true. We will meet with her this wed to see if we can set up another baptisimal date. we also talked witht the ward and there is a great coffie substute that we want to give her. so evn though that was heart breaking we had a miracle!!!!! So our AWESOME ward member Chay-Hoon gave us the number of one of his students. so we met with her... during the lesson she was loving everything we talught her. We taught her about the BOM and before we could ask her if she wanted a copy, she asked if she could get one. So we talked about following Christ. And we were led by the spirit to extend the baptisimal invintation and she said YES!!!!!!! :) :) She is getting baptized on March 24!!!!!!! Whoot whoot!!!! She is just the cutest thing ever and I love her to death. I can't wait to see her get baptized!!!!!!! Love her!!!! Also more sad news... so remember that "bus girl" I gave the Bom to and she said she was reading it but couldnt meet with us.... welll we texted her to see if she was still reading and she said her dad took the book because he attends another church. She seemed really sad. I just hope she remembers the book and will find it again one day. BUT yesterday we found a new "bus girl" who Sister Hurt gave the Bom to and she LOVED IT!!!! She was reading ti on the bus for like 20 min!!!!! Awesoime!!!! So yes this week has been a rollercoster of emotinos but it has been amazing!!!!! So many miracles!.
Another great miracle was that yesterday we were invited by a couple in our ward (Robert Holley; he is famous in Korea. Look him up. He served his mission in Pusan when he was younger adn stayed in Korea and because he is white and knows korean, he became super famous). So we ate at their house... talk about amaizng... I think he's a billionare..... not even joking. we had tocos with home made salsa.... yes I died of happiness. And yes Bubba, there was A TON OF Cilintro... :) ha ha. I was in heaven. So we ate at their house and his wife made actual home made, american, chocolate cake... HEAVEN!!!!!! they are so kind and it is really amazign how they can be totally in the world but not part of the world. It is amaizgn. Such good exapmles:)
by the way I really do know how to spell I am just typing really fast. ha ha. Sorry... Ihope it all makes sence.... .
So there was my awesome week:) I wrote in my letter about my last p-day experience with goign to the bath house... lets just say about 50 korean eyes were staring at my naked body for 2 hours... I died of laughter bu talso enjoyed it because the bath houses are so so so so relaxing!!!!! I love them!!!!!! it was a funny but great experience:) My letter will go into detail:) But ya a few weeks ago when we went on the hike it was really fun. Because it was super muddy we all feel on our butts aobut 20 times... ah ah. but it was so fun. Not really pretty but it was fun to be with everyone.
So I read this awesome scripture in 1 cor 9:16 For though 'i preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of; for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel". I am so greatful to be the Lords hands and mouth peace here in Korea. I turly have felt his influence and help and he truly has carried me in this work. I love it. I love Korea, Koreans, and the Korean language, adn most ofall, I love being a missionary and seeing the change and light that grows in others eyes as they come to know our savior, Jesus Christ. I love you all to the moonand back!
Love Sister Ensign
